Leveraging 15 years of recruiting experience, the Kalmar Group was formed to partner with great companies to find great leaders. Dylan has served in a recruiting role in a wide variety of industries including collegiate recruiting, B2B software sales, and being the first full-time recruiter for a startup recruitment agency.
This is his second time building a recruitment firm and that experience combined with leading the SMB line of business for a high-growth software company provides a perspective, knowledge, and expertise of this space.
